Rådhuskælderen

In the restaurant Rådhuskælderen, Holstebro, we cultivate the Danish food culture with great pleasure. We serve traditional Danish food as it was made at Krabbes Hotel and Postgården. Several of our recipes can be found at Madam Mangor, Frk. Jensen and Ingeborg Suhr. The clearest example is the house's specialty Rulleål. Otherwise, the restaurant's fried eel, wienerschnitzel or "Stjerneskud" can also be recommended.

Restaurant Rådhuskælderen is actually an old monastery cellar, which was converted into a horse stable. Later, a hotel was built above the basement (1898, expanded in 1914 and 1963), which a dozen years ago was converted into condominiums. Restaurant Rådhuskælderen opened in 1980.

But our menu contains something for everyone. There are many culinary experience options! We would like to hear from you and wish you a pleasant trip through the menu.
